![]() ![]() It seemed that the dev pointed all on graphics ( wich are good ) and renewed gameplay (wich is bad ). This game has lost ne huge opportunity to become a milestone in history of total war series. The only thing right are the huge ballstas actually There must be Asterix and Obelix, who are punching romans into the sky but this time ballistas did it. Hopefully battles will not be too short in sieges) or is it just a part of the victory conditions for the battle? My only complaint would be that we didn't get to see a lot (only 10 minutes interview), the guy from gamespot was an idiot and obviously had no idea of what the game is about (he could have at least asked "so, what do we do in this game", instead of "uhm, can I play it on console? No? then I don't like it.") the battle was not a spontaneous one and was not related to the campaign map (the army was a different one, the battle was one of the historical battles).Īs for the capture point I still have to understand how it works: do you just lose after x time if the enemy gets it (like the city plaza, the tenshu, etc. The art style of the UI seems to be less about immersion and aesthetics and more about taking little space and letting you see the world and the map, so uglier than the previous games, but makes up for it by taking little space. The scythed chariots looked a bit OP, but after all they where charging downhill, and maybe they didn't kill all those who flied off, the same goes for arty. I still have to get used to the unit cards. ![]() The UI seems minimalistic, which is ok, so I can see more. I liked the map, the general getting on his horse and charging the enemy army, that was cool. ![]()
